Enterprise Stock Control software integrates fully with Enterprise Procurement and Enterprise Contract Costing modules to provide a seamless control system for companies that operate stock – either from a stores or simply van stock.
- Basic Stock details can be created automatically from chosen materials in the Central Price File of ContractMaster.
- Direct links to Enterprise Procurement allow material quantities held in stock to be viewed when making purchase decisions.
- Full range of Stock reports allows tracking and control of all incoming and outgoing stock movements, with a full history for each stock item
- Stock items can be invoiced directly to Sales Accounts held in Enterprise Contractors’ Accounts
- Items can either be transferred directly into stock or purchased specifically for stock using routines in Enterprise Contract Costing
- Full stock-take routines allow simple auditing and management control of stock quantities and values
