Welcome to our customer website area, which is exclusive to supported customers and designed to give you easy access to a wealth of information and extra functions.
We’ve tried to make the site easy and intuitive to use but if this is your first visit, here are some of the key features to look out for:
Log a support call – the quick link on the left provides a fast and easy way to log a support call without needing to make a ‘phone call. Calls logged online are constantly monitored so you can be sure we’ll get back to you very quickly.
My Estimation – in this area administrators can manage all of their company information and all users can make sure their personal details are accurate and up to date. If you are an administrator, please use this facility to set up the details for your other company users.
Knowledge Base – this area of the site provides quick access to a wealth of information, which is being constantly updated.
Forum – within this moderated forum you are able to exchange information and tips with other Estimation software users. The first time you use the forum you will be asked to login and create a username for yourself.
Downloads – from this section you can check that you are using the latest version of each software product in your support contract and download the latest version if necessary. You can also access data bulletins, software release notes and other supporting literature for the products you are using.
