Although the pricing database is vast you can find items quickly with the Pricing Query screen.
Comprehensive range of manufacturers available depending on your requirements. The unique Range Codes shows the manufacturers own descriptions of product ranges for quick location.
No need to know catalogue numbers, you can search by manufacturer, commodity or range of products.
Unique to Estimation, the ability to search using common phrases to find products easily. Drill down even further, search on colour then size or whatever you choose, very quick very powerful.

Labour rates can be calculated using Extreme’s powerful Gang Rate analysis table.   Allows the estimator to configure the working week and build up a list of labour grades with specific costs to calculate true cost per hour before mark-ups are applied.

 
The mark-up summary window is a clear concise view of the project showing total hours, total cost and cost of labour.

Default, across the board mark-ups can be entered, or amended per section or commodity. You define your cost centre codes, allowing the profit to be allocated with precision and total flexibility.

Flexible profit options allowing for additional mark-up across the board and automatically calculating Builders Discount where required. Gross Profit is shown as percentages and cash.

As a catalogue number is entered standard labour norms are provided.  These are provided with Estimation’s weekly updated pricing data service.  The norm can be accepted (3 rates are offered depending on difficulty factor) or amended with an option to store permanently against the pricing database (can be locked).
