ProCover is the Estimation Customer Support package that enables you to get the very best from your Estimation system at all times. All support services are co-ordinated from our National Response Centre in Solihull.

 

The highest level of quality assurance procedures are applied to all of our Customer Support activities, backed by continuous benchmarking against leading support packages in other industries. In this way, we will continually evaluate the quality of our support and ensure that you receive nothing but the best.

DATAbank offers you and your business secure storage for your data. Quick and easy to set up and should the worst happen you can access your secure data and help recover your business

 

 

ProCover does not include:
Accidental or wilful damage (including data reinstatement where no back-up exist). Weekly price updating subscription (which is subject to a separate agreement). Bespoke software development. Malfunctions arising from 3rd party malicious damage such as virus’ or spy-ware. Re-installation of software resulting from hardware failure.
